• Why choose your canvas prints?

Our canvas prints are crafted using museum-quality giclée printing, ensuring vibrant colors and sharp details. Each print is produced on archival-grade canvas designed to last for years to come. Each piece is hand-stretched and finished with a solid wood floating frame for an elegant, gallery-style presentation.

• Will the colors match what I see on my screen?

Our prints are produced using professional-grade printers to ensure exceptional color accuracy. However, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings.

• Are the frame dimensions included in the listed canvas sizes?

The listed sizes refer to the canvas only. The floating frame adds approximately 1.5 cm (0.6″) on each side, including the gap between the canvas and the frame.

• How do I hang my canvas?

Your canvas arrives ready to hang, complete with a pre-installed hanging system. Simply use a suitable nail or screw to display it on your wall.

• What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can review the damage and arrange a free replacement.

• What if my order is delayed?

Occasional delivery delays may occur due to carrier conditions, public holidays, or customs procedures (for international shipments). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for possible transit delays. You can also contact me at any time with your order number, and I'll be happy to help.

• Can I return my order?

As an independent artist, each canvas print is thoughtfully crafted just for you.
I encourage you to take your time choosing the artwork, size, and frame finish that feel right for your space.
For this reason, returns for a change of mind or personal preference are not accepted, except where required by applicable consumer law. If you're ordering from the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you need any guidance before ordering, please contact me. I'll be more than happy to help. Your satisfaction means a lot to me, and I want you to truly love the artwork you choose.

• Where are your canvas prints produced and shipped from?

Our canvas prints are produced and shipped locally or regionally from the following locations:
• Europe (including Switzerland): Prague, Czech Republic.
• United Kingdom: London, United Kingdom.
• United States: Southern California (San Diego area), United States.
• Canada: Toronto, Canada.
• Australia: Melbourne, Australia.
• New Zealand: Auckland, New Zealand.
• United Arab Emirates: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Your order is produced and shipped as close to your home as possible, ensuring it can reach you smoothly and quickly.
