Shipping destinations

We currently ship to countries and regions where shipping services are available through fulfillment providers.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, and destination. Certain products or collections may not be available for shipping to specific countries or regions.

Shipping options and availability are displayed at checkout based on the shipping address provided.

If shipping to a specific location is not available, the order cannot be completed.

 

Shipping costs and customs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the products included in the order.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

Shipping address responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review all shipping details before completing your order.

Once an order has been processed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the order may not be recoverable. Any replacement or reshipment may require a new order or additional payment.

 

Shipping restrictions

Shipping is not available to certain address types or regions where delivery services are not supported, or where shipping is not currently offered based on product type, availability, or destination.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), mailbox or forwarding services, or similar delivery arrangements that do not allow standard carrier delivery.

Shipping may also be unavailable for certain territories, regions, or postal codes depending on delivery coverage, product availability, or destination.

Production time and order fulfillment

All products are made to order. Production begins after an order has been placed and successfully processed.

Production time refers to the time required to create the item and is separate from shipping and delivery timeframes. Estimated production times are indicated on each product description page.

If production time is not displayed on a product description page due to technical or temporary reasons, production time may vary depending on workload, seasonal demand, or other operational factors.

 

Estimated delivery time

Delivery estimates do not include production time.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and begin once production has been completed and the order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, customs processing, destination, seasonal demand, or other factors affecting transportation.

Delivery delays do not in themselves constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or replacement, except where required by applicable law.

 

Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once an order (or part of it) has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information is included in the shipping confirmation.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may require time to appear after shipment.

 

Fulfillment locations

Orders are fulfilled from available production locations depending on operational availability, product type, and shipping destination.

Fulfillment location may vary from what is typically indicated on product pages or expected production locations. This does not affect the nature or quality of the product.

 

Orders containing multiple items

Each item may have a different production timeframe depending on the product type and production process.

Items included in the same order may be shipped separately depending on product type, production timing, or fulfillment availability. As a result, you may receive multiple shipments, different tracking numbers, and more than one shipping confirmation email for the same order. Depending on the product type and production availability, items may also be shipped from different fulfillment locations.
