Order changes & cancellations

Because each item is made to order and may enter production shortly after purchase, we generally cannot accommodate order changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

If you notice an error in your order details (for example, an incorrect shipping address), please contact us immediately using our Contact page or by email. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing or production has started.

 

Order cancellation in exceptional circumstances

In limited circumstances, an order may need to be cancelled after it has been placed. This may occur, for example, in cases of suspected fraud, payment verification issues, technical errors affecting pricing or product availability, or other unforeseen situations that prevent order fulfillment.

If an order is cancelled, the customer will be notified by email and any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Depending on the payment provider, additional time may be required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account.

If you believe an order was cancelled due to a technical error and wish to place a new order, you may contact us for assistance.

 

Returns, warranty and exchanges

Because each product is made to order, exchanges are not offered.

Customers may have statutory rights depending on their country of residence. Where applicable under local consumer laws, such rights — including cooling-off periods — will be honored in accordance with the applicable legislation.

 

Right of withdrawal (European Union only)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. After notification, the product must be shipped back within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Products may be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. A reduction in refund value may apply where handling goes beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

This right does not apply to customized or personalized products where applicable by law.

Please note that certain print providers may include a packing slip or documentation displaying a “return address.”
Any such address does not constitute an authorized return destination for the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must first notify us in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Returns must only be sent to the return address indicated in our Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for items returned independently to third-party addresses.

 

Outside statutory withdrawal rights

Where no statutory withdrawal right applies, returns based on change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference are not accepted.

 

Defective or damaged products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or differs materially from the product ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To allow us to review your request, you may be asked to provide clear photographs showing the issue, together with your order number and a description of the problem.

Each request is reviewed individually. Where a manufacturing defect, production error, or damage during transit is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Normal variations inherent to made-to-order and print-on-demand production — including minor variations in color, print placement, material characteristics, or size tolerances disclosed on product pages — are not considered defects.

 

Lost or undelivered shipments

Kindly remember that production time is required to fulfill made-to-order items. The estimated production time is indicated on each product description page and is separate from shipping and delivery timeframes.

If production time is not displayed on a product description page due to technical or temporary reasons, production time may vary depending on workload, seasonal demand, or other operational factors.

If your shipment has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout, we recommend first checking the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email and contacting the carrier directly for the most up-to-date delivery status.

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, local delivery conditions, or unforeseen events during transit.

Please note that delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 7–12 business days compared to the delivery timeframe provided at checkout and in the order confirmation.

If your shipment appears to be lost or cannot be delivered after carrier verification, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so that we can review the situation.

Each case is assessed individually. Where a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier during transit, a replacement or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.

 

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after approval. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, additional time may be required before the refunded amount appears in your account.
