It is highly recommended that both of your feet be measured before purchase:

  • Take one or two pieces of paper, a pencil and a ruler
  • Place a piece of paper (larger than your foot) against a wall
  • From a standing position, place your foot on the paper making sure your heel is against the wall
  • Use a pencil to mark the paper where your longest toe ends. Be sure not to insert the pencil under the toe, to achieve an accurate measurement
  • Measure the distance from the wall edge of the paper to the pencil mark
  • Repeat the same steps for the other foot
  • Check for the longest of the two measurements and then use it to choose the appropriate size
