• Will the colors match what I see on my screen?

Our prints are produced using professional-grade printers to ensure exceptional color accuracy. However, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings.


• Are the frame dimensions included in the listed canvas sizes?

The listed sizes refer to the canvas only. The floating frame adds approximately 1.5 cm (0.6″) on each side, including the gap between the canvas and the frame.


• How do I hang my canvas?

Your canvas arrives ready to hang, complete with a pre-installed hanging system. Simply use a suitable nail or screw to display it on your wall.


• What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can review the damage and arrange a free replacement.


• What if my order is delayed?

Occasional delivery delays may occur due to carrier conditions, public holidays, or customs procedures (for international shipments). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for possible transit delays. You can also contact me at any time with your order number, and I'll be happy to help.


• Can I return my order?

As an independent artist, each canvas print is thoughtfully crafted just for you.
I encourage you to take your time choosing the artwork, size, and frame finish that feel right for your space.
For this reason, returns for a change of mind or personal preference are not accepted, except where required by applicable consumer law. If you're ordering from the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
